I’m Sepehr. I design and build fast, motion-rich websites for small businesses — and I start where your current homepage quietly loses customers.

(01) Selected work — concept redesigns, 2026

Four homepages,rebuilt.

Each one started as an audit of a real small business’s homepage: the popup over the hero, the booking button nobody can find, the 30-second load. Then I rebuilt it from their own content and photos — a real, working site, not a mood board.

These are unsolicited concepts, so names and logos stay hidden until each owner says yes.

Before: our audit of the live site on a phone. After: the concept build on a throttled phone (slow 4G, 4× slower CPU), until the main content shows. Indicative numbers, not a lab benchmark.

THE FIX.

One big brand. One UX problem. Fixed in fifteen seconds. It’s how I practise in public — and the same eye I bring to your homepage.

Unofficial concepts — not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands shown.

(03) Process

How a fixhappens.

Four steps, the same every time. You see your new homepage working before anything else gets built.

  1. 01find the leak

    Audit

I open your homepage on a real phone, time it, and mark every place a visitor hesitates — the popup, the hidden button, the 30-second load.

  2. 02your content, rebuilt

    Concept

I rebuild your homepage with your own words and photos — a real, clickable page at a private link. Not a mood board.

    • Live preview link
    • Desktop + phone
  3. 03fast on a phone

    Build

The full site in clean code: fast, accessible, with motion only where it helps people decide. Booking, forms and analytics wired in.

    • Production site
    • Forms + booking connected
    • Speed + SEO basics
  4. 04then the next fix

    Launch

Domain, hosting and redirects from the old site. After launch I check what visitors actually do — and fix the next thing.

    • Post-launch check

(05) About

Hi, I’m Sepehr.

I design and build websites — both halves, so nothing gets lost between a pretty mockup and the real thing on a phone.

I notice the small things that make people leave: the button you can’t find, the price that changes at checkout, the popup on top of the one thing you came to see. THE FIX started as a way to practise that in public. Now it’s how every project starts — find what’s costing you customers, then build the version that doesn’t.
